RETURN POLICY

At StevieWren, we would like your purchase experience of be extraordinary and know that sometimes you my change your mind.  With consideration, we have created a 30 day return policy in the original packaging, undamaged, and unworn for full value of your purchase.  If you return your item after 30 days, but within 45 days of receiving it, you will receive a StevieWren Gift Card good for one year if returned in unworn, sellable condition, and original packing and sales receipt.

FINE JEWELRY RETURNS

Return your package via the carrier of your choice, with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.   

 

REFUNDS

If you made your purchase by a credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days after we have received your return, which will show on your credit card statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If a gift card is used you will receive your credit on a gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards can't be returned.
 

SHIPPING

StevieWren ships within the continental United States, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please contact us on international purchases.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We usually ship Flat Rate USPS OR Fed Ex. If you prefer a different shipping method please contact us at info@steviewren.com.

SHIPPING RETURNS

Please follow these steps for your jewelry return:

1. Please contact info@StevieWren.com to authorize a return.

2. Return your package via the carrier of your choice and return signature required. For your protection insure your return package for the full value of your purchase price and shipping cost.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

"In Stock Items":

1. If the item is readily available, meaning "in stock", the item will be processed, fulfilled, and shipped to the customer within 3-5 days of purchase. Customer should expect to receive the item(s) 5-10 business days after the item(s) ships to the appropriate shipping address, unless otherwise stated by Stevie Wren Ltd to the customer. 

2. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday cannot be processed until Monday.

"Special Orders":

1. Special Orders should expect 5-6 Weeks before the item is completed and shipped to the customer, unless otherwise stated to customer by Stevie Wren Ltd.
