All while we were trying to cope with the turmoil that was 2020, Sisu was born. The word "sisu" - a native Finnish concept - is nearly untranslatable in english. The closest equivalent is an "extraordinary determination in the face of adversity", with emphasis on inner strength. Coincidentally, all the pieces we designed also encapsulated this concept. Crafted from 18K gold, precious & semi-precious stones, the pieces of sisu are bold - there is a strength & modern sophistication in the design & composition of the pieces.
